This little sailor has reached the top naval rank! He's got the Admiral's uniform to prove it -  a white jacket with navy blue and gold trim at the cuffs, a small logo badge above the left chest pocket, large gold buttons up the front and on the cuff, and epaulets in navy blue with gold trim. He also wears matching pants and a white Admiral hat with a navy blue visor, gold trim and a large golden eagle insignia just like the traditional Navy uniform hats.
