Will I receive my order before Halloween?
Orders placed on or after October 25th, WILL NOT be guaranteed for delivery by Halloween.
How can I track my Order?
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address entered at the time of purchase. The shipping carrier will also be provided in that email. You may go the the appropriate site for the carrier used to ship your item(s)and enter the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Once I place my order when will it ship?
Paid orders are normally shipped the business next day. In some cases, paid orders may be shipped the same day when ordered by 12:00 PM Pacific Time. Weekends and Holidays are not classified as business shipping days.
If am purchasing from outside the United States, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are normally shipped the next business day. However, every country has its own customs clearance time and it varies from country to country. This is something Fierce Costumes has no control over. When placing your international order please allow extra time for customs clearance in the destination country. All tariffs, custom fees, brokerage fees, VAT charges, etc for orders shipped outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer and/or buyer.
How do I know the right size costume to buy?
Generally as a rule of thumb, it is always recommended to order your costumes a little larger for comfort. If the costume is slightly larger you can easily have it altered to fit. If you are concerned about a costume being too small please consider ordering the next size up.
How do I know the right size shoes or boots to buy?
All shoes and boots sold at Fierce Costumes only come in full sizes. If you are a half size we strongly recommend you ordering the next full size up as our footwear run a little small.
If an item is not listed in the size I want or is showing out of stock can I still order it?
If there is an item you would like to purchase that is not listed in the size you desire, or an item is showing out of stock, please call our customer service department at 1-877-376-3700. They will be able to tell you if the item is coming back in stock and if so, when it would be available.
Am I able to receive a discount if I purchase in bulk?
We can offer bulk discounts. If you are purchasing in large quantity please contact one of our friendly customer service associates at 1-877-376-3700 or by email at info@fiercecostumes.com to receive a quote.
Do you have a physical location where I can come to and shop?
We are an online retail store only and do not have a physical store. We offer "will call" on special orders. Please call our customer service department for more details.
If my order has not shipped yet, may I cancel it?
We do our best to get all items shipped out immediately and even if your order has not posted as shipped it may be in transit to shipping and due to the volume of business we handle, retrieving an order from transit is virtually impossible. Please contact our customer service department regarding any questions you may have, we will always do our best to help you.
